Student Council Food Drive

Student Council hosted a food drive September 18 – 22 through fourth period classes. More than 1,488 canned food items were donated! All of the food collected helped to stock the pantry at Peet which supports our Communities in Schools program. All items donated will go into the homes of our students.

Peet Student Council members also had the opportunity to serve our community as volunteers for the Montgomery County Food Bank Food Fair held on our campus September 23 from 10 am to 12 pm.  Members sorted and prepared fresh produce, meats, water and other food items for pick up.  Student Council members also helped distribute the food to those in our community.
